We were approached around 8 months before the wedding to discuss ideas and put together a proposal.

The event was to be quite large and attention to detail would be key. Working with the client, a unique design in keeping with the scale and grandeur of the fabulous church was planned. Large white candles were housed on pedestals at the altar with rings of massed flowers around them. A ‘babies breath’ garland was strung between the pews to create a romantic aisle for the Bride and Groom.

The wedding breakfast, to be held in The Berkeley, was a full-scale affair with chairs, tableware and linen all carefully selected to compliment the flowers. A beautiful and elegant feel of blowsy white peonies and roses were mixed with masses of white hydrangea for a stunning look. Half of the tables were adorned with tall, glass flute vases, into which we placed strands of steel grass threaded with pearls. The top of these vases housed abundant floral designs whilst the other half of the tables housed clear glass bowls overflowing with the same flowers and surrounded by crystal candlesticks. Archways of birch trees and orchids were created at both ends of the room which housed the champagne reception.

The entrance to the Ballroom was adorned with glass lanterns and masses of tea-lights for lots of sparkle as the guests arrived. They were also greeted with large white urns of peonies, hydrangea, roses and solomans seal which pinpointed the way to the reception.

Our five strong team were on hand during this installation. With limited prior access to the church we only had 1 hour to install the designs before the guests arrived. The efficiency and professionalism of our trained and skilled team was paramount.
