1 – All goods supplied are on a hire basis only and all goods remain the property at all times of Karen Woolven Floral Design Ltd
2 – A booking form must be completed for all hire items. The person who signs the booking form remains the person responsible for the hire of the goods during the hire period.
3 – The hire of any item is for a strict 5 day period only, including weekends and bank holidays. Should you wish to hire the items for a longer period then an extra fee will be charged.
4 – A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any prop hire booking. We will not accept that any item has been booked until the required deposit is received.
5 – Payment in full must be made 2 weeks in advance of the required hire date.
- Any payment received, which is then subsequently returned by the bank, will incur an administration fee of £10.00 which is due with immediate effect.
- All late payments will incur interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate as well as a £40.00 debt recovery fee.
Should the hiring of any item be cancelled for any reason the following charges apply:
- Deposit Payment – Non-refundable at any time
- Cancellation 1 month or less prior to hiring date – Full payment required
6 – We will provide a delivery service if required and the costs of delivering and collection all items will be based upon a round trip and added to your final invoice. We are covered by insurance to deliver all items in our company vehicles and do not outsource the delivering or collection to any courier company. The delivery and collection address must remain the same.
7 – Should you choose to collect and deliver back to us any items that you have hired, please be aware that your insurance may not cover you for any breakages incurred. Similarly if you choose to provide your own courier service you must be aware that they may not have the adequate insurance.
8 – The person nominated on the booking form as the Hirer will be responsible for all breakages. All items will be checked back in within the presence of either the Hirer or the independent courier. All items missing and/or damaged will be charged at full retail price which will be payable with immediate effect.
9 – We will take credit card details as a pre-authorisation to cover any such losses or damage at the time of hire. No monies will be taken prior to the agreed date of return.
10 – We shall not be responsible in any way for any injury or damage to persons or property however sustained from hiring item from Karen Woolven Floral Design Ltd.
11 – All hired items must be securely packed back into the containers/boxes that are provided. A separate fee will be levied if any hired item is not returned to us in the provided packing.
